Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L.c. 30A, section 18, and the Governor's March 23, 2020 Order, as amended, imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Millbury Planning Board will be conducted via remote participation.

All neighbors and interested parties should virtually attend and participate in each and every one of these important public hearing as the proposed Rice Pond Village project will have an impact on our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods (i.e., South Main Street, Woodland Street, Herricks Lane, Curve Street, Maple Street, Sycamore Street, etc.), the road users of Rice Road, the Town of Millbury, and surrounding towns. The time is now to act and actively participate. The Millbury Planning Board needs to hear all concerns and issues that they have jurisdiction over to make an informed decision.
