Housing Appeals Committee Decisions
The mission of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities’ (EOHLC) Housing Appeals Committee is to provide, within the parameters of the comprehensive permit process established by M.G.L. c. 40B, §§ 20-23, an impartial forum to resolve conflicts arising from the siting of new affordable housing.
All decisions and published rulings of the Housing Appeals Committee can be accessed through searchable databases such as Lexis.com, WestLaw.com, Socialaw.com, and LandLaw.com. The ones from the past several years until January 5, 2024, are provided below with links to their respective decisions or dispositions.
