Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L.c. 30A, section 18, and the Governor's March 23, 2020 Order, as amended, imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Millbury Planning Board will be conducted via remote participation.

This meeting is being recorded and streamed by Millbury Public Access Cable Television.

All neighbors and interested parties should virtually attend this important public hearing as the proposed Rice Pond Village project will have an impact on our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods (i.e., South Main Street, Woodland Street, Herricks Lane, Curve Street, Maple Street, Sycamore Street, etc.), the road users of Rice Road, the Town of Millbury, and surrounding towns.

There will be no testimony taken as the public hearing was closed on January 24, 2022. At this meeting, the Millbury Planning Board should be deliberating on each of the waivers and then voting on each waiver and the special permit for the proposed Rice Pond Village project.
