Board of Appeals
The Millbury Board of Appeals is charged with hearing appeals of any town board or officer, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A. The Millbury Board of Appeals is also charged with issuing certain special permits (as identified in Section 14 of the Zoning Bylaw) and variances. Finally, the Millbury Board of Appeals is the governing body for Comprehensive Permit projects (as defined by state law including Chapter 40B).
