Chapter 40B Meeting Scheduled
The Millbury Town Manager, Sean Hendricks, disclosed to the Millbury Board of Selectmen at their Tuesday, January 25, 2022 meeting, that developer, Steven F. Venincasa, and his legal counsel, will be meeting with town officials on Monday, January 31, 2022, to discuss a Chapter 40B affordable housing development. No further information was provided.
Millbury Town Manager, Sean Hendricks, did indicate that developer, Steven F. Venincasa, can see the direction the Millbury Planning Board is heading, even before the Millbury Planning Board has made their decision on the proposed Rice Pond Village project, and does not appear to be waiting for the Millbury Planning Board's decision to be rendered.

The Chapter 40B meeting that was previously scheduled has been rescheduled to Monday, February 7, 2022.
