McLaughlins Sell Properties

The McLaughlin Family Living Trust sold their interests in their properties to SJV Investments LLC (i.e., one of the Limited Liability Corporations which Steven F. Venincasa is listed as a "manager" according to the Massachusetts Secretary of State's Corporate Records) for $500,000 for 4.1204± acres (four parcels of land). The deed was filed in the Worcester Registry of Deeds on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 1:43:25 PM EST in Deed Book 67589, Page 37, and in Plan Book 950, Plan 65 on July 8, 2020 at 11:45 AM EST.

The Rice Pond Realty Trust sold their interests in their property to SJV Investments LLC (i.e., one of the Limited Liability Corporations which Steven F. Venincasa is listed as a "manager" according to the Massachusetts Secretary of State's Corporate Records) for $400,000 for 11.97± acres of land. The deed was filed in the Worcester Registry of Deeds on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 1:43:25 PM EST in Deed Book 67589, Page 46.

The total sale price of the properties was $900,000, which is approximately 16.09± acres of land on the north side of Rice Road in Millbury, Massachusetts.

Demonstrating property ownership is one of the items in the Chapter 40B LIP checklist.

Steven F. Venincasa is on the Millbury Board of Selectmen's meeting agenda for Tuesday, May 24, 2022. This is a meeting that the neighborhood should attend in person, if possible.
